Sponsorship Fulfillment Manager

We are looking for our next Sponsorship Fulfillment Manager to join our Sponsorship Sales and Partner Marketing team who will manage exhibiting and sponsoring partners post sale, pre-show, on-site and post-show.  The role will consist of a range of responsibilities in marketing, customer service, relationship management and secondary sales.  This person will be a part of a larger team that is dedicated to hitting revenue goals and enhancing partner relationships for a set of clients.  You will work with the web team to launch event specific online tools for Sponsors and Exhibitors, including contracting packages and exhibitor toolkits, work closely with event services team to develop event floor plans that account for sales goals and coordinate with the sales team the assignment of booth spaces, create and edit sales communications, logistical newsletters, sales reports and meeting notes, and create marketing plans and participate in development of sales strategies. About You: You have 3+ years experience in the event planning industry with focus in exhibit and sponsorship background.  You have experience managing multiple vendors and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  You demonstrate business maturity, possess excellent verbal and written communication presentation skills as well as outstanding project management skills that can meet deadlines and goals while exceeding client's expectations. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
