Customer Support Representative Job
Responsibilities:
Maintain customer relationships by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.

Customer Support Representative Job Duties:
Manage in-bound calls from customers throughout the United States and Canada
Assist end users with navigational support, payment questions, food questions that are redirected to our school / restaurant or catering partners
Assist site administrators with navigational support including but not limited to ongoing management of menus items, menu cycles, reporting engine, interaction with end users and more
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Ultimate objective is to ensure customer's understanding of information and answer provided and that we have exceeded their customer service expectations
Recommend potential enhancements, products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Accomplish customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
