Overview
Air Taxi Products mission within Joby is to build the critical software supporting Joby Aviation s vision to save 1 billion people an hour every day through electric powered flight. As a Senior Product Manager in this role you ll be working on the digital and physical experiences that power our air taxi rider service, flight operations software and platform that connect it all together. This will involve working closely internally with designers, engineers and a variety of other stakeholders to realize our vision for the next generation of mobility as well as externally with Joby s partners to enable key integrations and rider touchpoints across the wider ecosystem.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager on the Air Taxi team you will have the opportunity to own multiple features across rider, operations and platform.This role is critical in delivering core features to ensure a successful launch of Joby s Air Taxi product both in the United States and abroad. Help shape direction, define product strategy and establish the best practices to address our users needsGather requirements, determine features, write product specs, refine feedback, help write test plans, manage the backlog, and ship quicklyOperate cross-functionally and build strong partnerships internally and externally
Required
BA/BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical fieldOver 4 years of Product Management experience with customer facing software products from kick-off to launchTactical skills, a proven track record of shipping and supporting simple, elegant products at scaleExperience defining programs, processes, and using data and metrics to determine customer-facing improvementsFaced problems with high ambiguity and without a definitive answer

The target base pay for this position is $133,800-$178,300/year.
