Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent Let's Build DESCRIPTION:
Pursuit management, proposal oversight/production, presentation oversight/production, and Marketing material upkeep.
Support the efforts of the Business Development Team efforts through supervising and managing all regional Marketing Coordinators and related workflow/activities.
Coordinate proposal production, ensuring consistency in branding, format, compliance and content.
Resource for all RFQ/RFP/Interview preparation and work closely with the regional Marketing Coordinators, Business Development, Operations Executives & VPs, Consultants, and appropriate proposed project team members in preparing and collaborating on all proposal and interview materials.
Writing, editing and quality control for proposal development.
Redline review of all proposals before submission.
Assist and research in the continuous improvement and sharing/distribution of our proposal/interview development.
Marketing Log maintenance/upkeep and weekly distribution to Leadership and Marketing Team.
Win / Loss tracking and quarterly stats preparation for Leadership Team.
Monitor industry-related lead services (PlanetBids, BidSync, SAM.
org, etc.
) and keep annual prequalifications current for the company.
Lead weekly all-hands Marketing meetings to review all pending pursuit deadlines/updates and any relevant Marketing Department issues.
Liaison with various departments, including Safety, Risk Management, Legal, Finance, Executive Admin, and external Surety & Insurance, to obtain/verify required info for inclusion in all RFQ/P submittals.
Oversee compliance with corporate standards for internal/external materials and marketing-driven procedures.
Continuous data entry, upkeep, and management of information in the CRM database related to proposal materials and business development lead tracking updates.
Research and recommend proposal-related software/hardware upgrades or new purchases.
Manage the maintenance of all marketing equipment and local supplies for proposals.
Perform additional duties as directed by the VP of Business Development.
Administrative duties include managing Marketing supplies, invoicing, and weekly timecard approval.
Occasional travel to regional offices.
Experience managing Marketing Coordinator workloads with the ability to manage resources and deadlines efficiently Works well under pressure with the ability to meet strict deadlines Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to multitask and respond to constantly changing needs/schedules Ability to work independently with a self-motivated attitude and in a decentralized team environment while located in a regional office Excellent organization skills and meticulously detail-oriented Professional demeanor Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent grammatical, proofreading, and editing abilities Graphic design experience, sensitivity, and taste Ability to quickly learn new software programs Ability to handle proprietary and confidential information REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 8-10 years of construction or other related industry (AEC) experience 5
years managing the proposal process and Marketing Team Relevant four-year degree Adobe Creative Cloud- advanced skill Bluebeam & Bluebeam Studio - intermediate skill Microsoft Office 2019 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook) - advanced skill CRM Database - Deltek Vision, Microsoft Dynamics 360 or other CRM database Windows 10 Expected annual salary range for this job is $120K - $140K Rudolph & Sletten builds extraordinary projects with exceptional talent.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
