Sr. Manager, People Experience Business Partner

We are looking for a strategic People Experience Business Partner who personifies our culture and core values, this individual should be passionate about enabling organizations to effectively achieve their business objectives and create best in class employee experience that is a key to our People Experience team's mission. The People Business Partner will support our Technology, Cyber Information Security, Product and Risk & Analytics. This individual will provide strategic thought leadership on people and culture related decisions to our leaders. The ideal candidate will contribute at strategic as well as operational (hands-on) levels to foster an inclusive and innovative culture. The individual should be comfortable working with any level of employee or manager, understand business strategy and complex situations, navigating sensitivities and finding creative solutions to people issues. Responsibilities Provide partnership and support in the areas of organizational design, organizational development including succession strategy, talent development and employee engagement. Support Technology, Cyber Information Security, Product and Risk & Analytics Partner with the COEs and People Business Partners to deliver HR programs to the business, including Engagement Survey, Leadership Developments Programs, Annual Rewards, and other relevant program. Identify and address critical organizational and talent issues, and remove barriers impeding the success of the business. Build performance management capabilities by coaching leaders to effectively address performance issues and deliver effective feedback. Deliver short-term solutions while also solving for long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes. Leverage data to measure success:
learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives. Build relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution. Flexible and agile approach to personal, interpersonal and leadership style. Have solid understanding of applicable labor laws and guide management on best practices to resolve employee matters. Qualifications A Bachelors' degree or equivalent and 5
years of progressive HR/People experience in a technology organization technology related businesses, preferably with multinational company. Ability to think critically and anticipate issues before they arise, and proactively suggest long-term solutions. Experience executing people team strategies by analyzing organizational needs and setting goals to make a positive impact on the business; ability to set priorities, stay focused, and manage time in a fast-paced environment. Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions within the organization. Strong experience in coaching leaders and advising action in sensitive or ambiguous situations, including employee relations, performance management, or organizational complexities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and analyze data and a love for driving people programs from data insights. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture where the business is continually evolving. #LI-MG1
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
