EA Senior Business Analyst at Oportun in San Carlos, CA
Overview The Enterprise Applications Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for the managing the scope of business requirements submitted to the enterprise applications team. This candidate will work with the process owners and business teams to help them identify requirements, schedule and conduct testing, schedule and conduct training, and manage business expectations and communications. This role will also be responsible for managing the status of the projects / enhancements back to leadership. Responsibilities Deliver on-going training program for IT staff, business system owners and business stakeholders Communicate significant changes to business stakeholders on behalf of the IT function Represent IT to support Quality and Compliance with regulatory audit activities Understanding IT and business requirements with ability to test and document issues within enterprise applications Assist the team in defining quality test cases and test scenarios Working with end users on reporting and training in ServiceNow, Snaplogic, and other enterprise applications. Producing reports and dashboards based on defined measures, metrics and key performance indicators. Managing key projects / enhancements and providing status while maintaining scope for Service Management Operations. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to multi-task and efficiently work several projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage and lead projects from start to finish. Must be able to work in a fast pace & stressful environment. 5
